The California Early Childhood Special Education Network’s overarching mission is to improve outcomes for young children with disabilities and their families by identifying and addressing barriers to successful transitions, high-quality assessments, family engagement and access to inclusive educational programming. Each year we strive to expand our statewide impact and outreach in response to increasing demand across California for technical assistance and evidence-based practices in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE).
