Keynote Speakers

Madison Marilla

Madison Marilla is an autism advocate, educator, and entrepreneur who gained national recognition as a cast member on Netflix's Emmy Award-winning docuseries "Love on the Spectrum." Diagnosed with autism at a young age, Madison shares her lived experience - including being nonspeaking until age four - alongside her professional work as the first austistic educator in her school district, where she used art theory to support students with disabilities.

Terrence Davis is a nationally recognized superintendent, leadership keynote speaker, and author of the book "Courageous Fire". A four-time Superintendent of the Year, he is known for a people-first approach centered on trust, resilience, and human connection.
